Christmas Tree Lot Management

Are you looking to spread holiday cheer? We are seeking enthusiastic and organized Seasonal Christmas Tree Lot Managers to oversee operations at our Christmas tree lot. Join us in making the season bright for our customers!  We are a faith based non-profit campus for adults with Intellectual and developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the Christmas tree lot.
• Provide excellent customer service by helping customers select the perfect tree and offering product knowledge.
• Maintain inventory, ensuring trees are well-displayed, organized, and replenished as needed.
• Handle cash, card payments, and manage accurate financial records.
• Ensure safety and cleanliness of the lot.
• Set up and take down the lot before and after the holiday season.
  Qualifications:
• Previous retail, customer service, or managerial experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move trees.
• Handle an electric chainsaw.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• A positive, friendly attitude and ability to work in a people-oriented environment.
