About Camp Everyday
Camp Everyday is a family-oriented campground in Winona, MN with 78 total sites: 3 cabins, 7 tent sites, and the rest RV sites. About 30 RV sites are seasonal, with the remainder available as pull-throughs for nightly/weekly guests. Our mission is to create Everyday Moments, Forever Memories for our campers.

We are seeking a friendly and dependable work camping couple to join our team. This is an ideal role for a married couple who enjoys meeting people, working outdoors, and helping create an excellent guest experience.

Positions Overview
Season runs April 15-Oct 15th
This is a two-person role with complementary responsibilities:

Spouse 1 – Guest Services & Housekeeping
Staff the front office in the mornings, including:

Greeting and assisting guests
Checking campers out
Answering phones and taking reservations
Perform light cleaning and upkeep:

Daily restroom/shower house cleaning
Cleaning and resetting our 3 cabins between guests
Provide additional guest support as needed

Spouse 2 – Grounds & Maintenance
Perform weekly mowing, trimming, and yard care across 78 sites
Assist with tree trimming and light landscaping projects
Maintain public areas such as fire pits, playground, and trails
Support occasional light maintenance tasks as needed

What We’re Looking For
Married couple or committed pair seeking a seasonal work camping opportunity
Friendly, guest-focused attitude with good communication skills
Ability to work independently and manage time well
Comfort with light cleaning and outdoor physical work
Previous campground or hospitality experience is a plus, but not required

Schedule
Each spouse: 15–20 hours per week
Morning shifts for office role; flexible scheduling for groundskeeping tasks
