Camp Host

The City of Argonia is looking for a camp host for the 2026 season.  This host or hosts create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for guests at the Argonia River Park Campground.  This is a volunteer position that combines guest services, very light administrative tasks and general campground support in a peaceful outdoor setting.  If you enjoy spending time outdoors, meeting people from across the country, spotting wildlife, and experiencing the quit charm of rural life, this opportunity may be perfect for you.  You will be able to stay on a concrete pad that is capable for 30 or 50 amp camping, free utilities (water, sewer, trash, wifi and electric) with a flexible schedule.   For more information please contact Argonia City Hall at 620-435-6553 or 620-435-6417 to enquire about this position.   Position open until filled.
