Campground Host

Cold Spring Basecamp is a beautiful wooded 38 acre private campground in the heart of the Blue Ridge Mountains. We have cabins, camping, hiking and bike trails. We are near the back of Dupont State Forest, down the road from the Green River and near Saluda, Hendersonville, Asheville and Greenville.

We are also building a bathhouse and are looking for some help maintaining and keeping everything clean. We have a few very pretty and private places to camp for smaller RVs or campers. We have power and water and there is a waste dump just down the road.

Depending on how busy we are we are, we would need help from an hour a day to 6-8 hours a day. The ideal person or couple would be very good at cleaning. We have a small, but nice treehouse and it requires a detailed person that is good at cleaning to stay on top of it. We are also soon opening a bathhouse, so regular cleaning will be important. Additionally there are lots of other maintenance tasks that we would love help with. Everything from chain sawing firewood, weed eating, water sealing picnic tables, and fixing the many things that need attention.

This person also needs to be a self starter, because you will be managing your own time and work flow, based on your time and the reservation schedule.

Our campground host spots are small, so ideally your camper would be less than 15ft, but it might be possible to squeeze in something slightly larger.

Open to negotiating pay.
