Colden Lakes Resort is calling on a dynamic, hands-on couple ready to embrace a leadership role in one of the region’s most scenic and welcoming RV destinations. Nestled in the rolling hills of Colden, NY, our resort offers a unique blend of natural beauty, community spirit, and outdoor adventure. As we prepare for an unforgettable 2026 season, from mid March to mid November 2026, we’re seeking a couple with a passion for hospitality, property care, and guest engagement to help us create exceptional experiences for weekenders, seasonal residents, and everyone in between.

We’re seeking a couple with:

- A commitment to memorable stays for weekenders, weekly guests, and seasonal residents
Our Guest management responsibilities include managing the camp store and guest communications, handling reservations via phone and email, overseeing guest check-ins and check-outs, and educating visitors on park policies and expectations. The role also involves processing payments, making daily bank deposits, filing and organizing paperwork, reading and inputting electric meter data, preparing rental agreements for both seasonal and short-term guests, and maintaining strong relationships with seasonal residents.
Our property management responsibilities include maintaining a clean, safe, and well-kept RV resort through regular groundskeeping tasks such as mowing, raking, blowing, weed control, and trimming bushes and trees. Facility upkeep involves cleaning public restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, recreation areas, pool areas, and the office, along with general maintenance of outbuildings and pressure washing. The role also includes pool care—testing water, reading chemical levels, and making necessary adjustments—as well as propane pumping (certification required or willingness to become certified). Basic electrical skills are preferred, including the ability to change breakers and manage connections at electric bases.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License
- Computer skills
- Ability to bend and kneel, lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs and ability to stand for extended periods of time
- Power equipment operation
Compensation: We have an on-site house or RV site for your use with all major utilities provided including electricity, water, sewer, garbage, and Internet). We pay a combined couple seasonal rate of $60,000.
