Job Description
Full hook-up site available, all utilities paid (propane, water, Wi-Fi, cable tv, etc.)
No cost for site or utilities, employee(s) also receive a weekly paycheck for hours recorded at $15/hour.
Summer season, there are 2 pool gates that get locked nightly around 8pm. A game room also gets locked at the same time, that is open year round. These you do not clock in for.
Employee is also responsible for taking any after hours calls (after 5pm) from the owner, who answers the emergency line and communicates directly with the guest who called. This can range anywhere from a stuck sewer cap, a noise complaint, a plumbing issue from a cabin, etc. These you do clock-in for, a minimum of 1 hour each time on your timesheet, whether it takes you 5 minutes or 30 minutes.
