Job Description
Customer Service Team Member Responsibilities:
Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their campsites Assist with site setup and hookups as needed Check sites for cleanliness and pick up micro-trash Verify car tags and ensure all visitors are properly registered Deliver firewood, pizza, thank-you notes, and other guest items Provide friendly, professional service to all guests Keep golf carts clean and ready at the end of each shift
Customer Service Team Member Qualifications:
Friendly, guest-focused attitude Comfortable working outdoors and driving a golf cart Reliable, responsible, and team-oriented Customer service or campground experience a plus
Compensation/Benefits
Compensation is pay for all hours worked, a full hook up site, electric, and internet are included. Free laundry and 20% discount on all store items including pizza and propane. Starting pay is $12/hr.
