Job Description
Delaware State Parks boasts five campgrounds spanning the length of the state, each offering unique sites and opportunities for guests and campground hosts alike. These campgrounds are assisted by on-site hosts who perform a mix of supportive maintenance roles and guest services. The five campgrounds are: Cape Henlopen, Delaware Seashore, Trap Pond, Killens Pond, and Lums Pond. Hosts work on a rotating schedule and can expect to commit 24 – 30 hours a week assisting at the campground. Hosts will receive a full hook up site (water, sewer, electric), entrance to all state parks, access to free laundry facilities, and more while hosting. Whether you’re looking to camp out right next to the beach, in a lush forest, or near an interactive historical site, Delaware State Parks has a little bit of everything.
