Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing daily park operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest services
- Manage, train, and supervise park staff to ensure high-quality service and smooth operations
- Oversee maintenance of park facilities, including landscaping, utilities, and common areas
- Address guest concerns, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Monitor budgets, control expenses, and support revenue optimization efforts
- Help develop and implement park policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines
- Coordinate park activities and community events to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and inventory of supplies
- Utilize property management software for reservations, reporting, and financial tracking
Required Qualifications:
- Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or RV park/campground operations
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication abilities
- Experience with budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning
- Ability to perform light maintenance and oversee property upkeep
- Proficiency with reservation systems and general office software
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage guest and operational challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior experience managing an RV park, campground, or similar hospitality property
- Familiarity with RV park utilities, maintenance, and infrastructure
- Certifications in property management, hospitality, or a related field are a plus
