Responsibilities
🌲 RV Park Groundskeeper & Maintenance Technician
Position Type: Full-time (32–40 hours per week)
About the Role:
We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on team member to help keep our RV park beautiful, safe, and welcoming for all our guests. If you love working outdoors and enjoy a variety of maintenance tasks, this could be a perfect fit!
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain grounds: mowing, weed trimming, blowing, and general landscaping
Clean and sanitize restrooms and common areas to ensure a spotless guest experience
Perform light maintenance: electrical repairs, plumbing fixes, general handyman tasks
Keep walking paths, RV pads, and shared spaces tidy and free of debris
Assist with seasonal projects and special park events as needed
Qualifications:
Prior experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or maintenance preferred
Basic knowledge of electrical and plumbing repairs
Comfortable using outdoor power equipment (mowers, blowers, trimmers, etc.)
Strong attention to detail and pride in maintaining a clean, safe environment
Friendly and dependable with good communication skills
Schedule:
32–40 hours per week. Some weekend availability may be required.
🏕 On-Call Guest Services & Cleaning Assistant
Position Type: On-call / as needed (no guaranteed hours)
About the Role:
This flexible position supports our team when extra help is needed, whether that’s assisting with reservations, cleaning, or guest services. Perfect for someone looking for occasional work without a set schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with guest check-ins, reservations, and general front desk tasks
Provide extra cleaning support for bathrooms, cabins, or common areas
Step in for other maintenance or guest service duties as needed
Help create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere for all visitors
Qualifications:
Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
Flexible and willing to jump into different tasks
Reliable transportation and ability to work on short notice
Basic computer skills for handling reservations a plus
Schedule:
On-call basis; hours vary week to week depending on park needs. No guaranteed minimum.

💵 Compensation & Benefits
$15 per hour for every hour worked
Full RV site included (valued at $800/month)
All utilities included (water, electricity, sewer, and trash)
Free laundry facilities

Medford / Gold Hill KOA Journey – a family-friendly campground with 115 full-service sites, nestled in nature just off I-5.
Jacksonville RV Resort – a quiet, residential-style park with 24 sites, located in the historic town of Jacksonville, OR.
You’ll get the best of both worlds: the vibrant energy of a KOA park and the peaceful charm of a boutique RV resort.
