We seek a dedicated Park Manager to lead our team and ensure exceptional guest stays, year-round.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage daily resort operations, ensuring smooth guest experiences.
- Handle reservations, check-ins, and check-outs with exceptional service.
- Supervise maintenance and groundskeeping, maintaining park aesthetics.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns professionally.
- Ensure compliance with park rules and safety standards.
- Manage budgets, expenses, and inventory.
- Recruit, train, and supervise park staff.
- Organize community events and activities.
- Maintain accurate records and reports.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors.
Qualifications:
- Experience in park management, hospitality, or related fields.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in computer skills and reservation systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of RV systems and maintenance is a plus.
- Positive attitude and commitment to guest service.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
