Do you have a knack for fixing things and a passion for the outdoors? Fish Lake Resort is looking for a skilled Maintenance & Construction Host to help us preserve and improve our beautiful lakeside property. This is a unique opportunity to use your trade skills in exchange for a premier lifestyle in the heart of the Cascades.

The Role

Focus on the structural upkeep and aesthetic improvement of the resort for 2.5 partial days per week. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of hands-on projects and takes pride in a job well done.

Key Responsibilities:

General Repairs: Troubleshooting and resolving minor plumbing, electrical, and carpentry issues.

Cabin & Facility Updates: Assisting with interior/exterior refreshes and modernizing resort structures.

Property Stewardship: Routine maintenance to ensure all facilities remain safe and high-quality for our guests.

Light Construction: Collaborative building projects and seasonal improvements.

Full Hook-up (FHU) RV Site: Includes water, sewer, and electric.

Shift Meals: Enjoy delicious meals from our kitchen during your workdays.

The Location: A true outdoor paradise just 45 minutes from Medford and Klamath Falls.

Timeline

Immediate Start: Available through the Fall.
