Work camper Positions Available starting in April of 2026.
Job Duties: Cafe, Reservations & Camp Store, and Maintenance & Housekeeping positions available
Compensation: FHU, Laundry Stipend, and possibly and hourly rate for extra hours.
Are you friendly, enthusiastic individual or couple looking to enjoy the Great Smoky Mountain area? We are locate outside of Pigeon Forge TN right off of I-40 in Dandridge TN. We are a new park with 255 sites, Pool, Splash Pad, Campstore and Cafe’.
We are offering a Full Hook-Up (FHU) campsite in exchange for 30 hours work per site as part of our work camper agreement. A Laundry Stipend and golf cart will be provided for each couple. You will also receive a discount at the store and cafe’. Couples can split 15-15 or singles can work the full 30 hours. There may be opportunity’s to work extra hours for an hourly rate.
Class A, Class C’s, Travel trailers, and fifth wheels are welcome. Sorry no converted school buses at this time.
We are looking for at least 10 couples to fill multiple positions for a period of 6 months, with a possibly of extending your agreement on a case by case basis.

PSA :Maintenance and housekeeping requirements: Ability to lift 60 pounds and able to stand long periods in the summer heat. Majority of your duties will include mowing, trimming, Trash Collection, Weeding, Site cleaning and light Maintenance. Prior Electricians, Plumbers, and construction workers needed. All site are surrounded by pea gravel and will need raking after guest leave.
