JOB DESCRIPTION:
This Volunteer Gate Attendant position will work in the gatehouse located at Murrell Park and provide visitor assistance. You will be required to use the Recreation One Stop system to manage reservations and accept credit card payments for pass and campground sales. You will also be required to check the campground for proper occupancy and cleanliness once per shift using your personal vehicle. The hours for this position are 7 days on, 7 days off, 5 hours a day from noon to 5pm. Lodging provided for this position: Back in camping spot with 50-amp hook ups, water, and sewer. You will also be provided with a picnic table, fire ring, charcoal grill, and a small storage shed. Your RV or Camper must be self-contained with bathrooms and showers.
