Job Description
We invite you to discover an up-north paradise here at the Harmony Beach Resort on Lake Kabetogama, MN. We are located in Voyageurs National Park, a vast expanse of interconnecting waterways and unspoiled forests encompassing 219,000 acres on the Minnesota-Canadian border. We are one of the premier family-run resorts in the area, offering cabin rentals along with our full-service marina to fishermen, families, photographers, and other natural adventurers seeking the majestic scenery and waters of the true northland.
We also have an opportunity for the upcoming 2026 season (April 29 to October 11). We are looking for someone to become our onsite housekeeping manager. Tasks include cabin cleaning and coordinating other clean team members here at the resort. RV site (with 30amp hookup) is included, and typical working hours average around 30+ per week. We do offer compensation of $20-22 per hour based on experience & performance. Customer service experience is a plus, as we would welcome help with the phone/booking/office duties.
Attention to detail is a must, as we do have high standards. Couples are also welcome since we have 18 cabin rentals to clean and there is some additional landscaping work available too.
