Job Title: RV Park Manager
Location: Yankeetown, Florida
Employment Type: Full-Time (Year-Round)
Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated RV Park Manager to oversee the daily operations of our RV park. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest experiences, manage staff, maintain facilities, and optimize park operations. This role requires strong leadership, customer service, and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations, including reservations, check-ins, and guest services.
Manage and train park staff, ensuring high-quality service and smooth operations.
Maintain park facilities, including landscaping, utilities, and common areas.
Handle guest concerns, resolve issues promptly, and foster a welcoming atmosphere.
Monitor budgets, control expenses, and optimize revenue through effective management.
Develop and implement park policies, safety procedures, and operational guidelines.
Coordinate park activities and community events to enhance guest experiences.
Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and supplies.
Utilize property management software for reservations, reporting, and financial tracking.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in hospitality, property management, or RV park/campground operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
Proficiency in budgeting, financial reporting, and operational planning.
Ability to perform light maintenance and oversee property upkeep.
Knowledge of reservation systems and general office software.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle guest and operational challenges effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience managing an RV park, campground, or similar hospitality property.
Familiarity with RV park utilities, maintenance, and infrastructure.
Certifications in property management, hospitality, or related fields are a plus.
