Escape to the breathtaking beauty of the Shasta-Trinity National Forest and join the team at Holiday Harbor Resort & Marina on stunning Lake Shasta! We’re looking for enthusiastic RVers to live, work, and play in one of Northern California’s most picturesque outdoor destinations.
Nestled near iconic landmarks like Mt. Shasta, Castle Crags, Mt. Lassen, and the Whiskeytown National Recreation Area, our location is a nature lover’s dream. Explore the scenic Sacramento and McCloud Rivers, hike lush forest trails, or enjoy endless water-based activities like boating, fishing, and paddleboarding—all while being part of our welcoming and supportive team.
Work With Us
We’re hiring Camp Host Crew Members for the 2025 Spring & Summer season (April–September) to fill a variety of positions, including:
Houseboat Orientation Specialists – Guide guests through houseboat operations, ensuring they understand safety procedures and onboard amenities.
– Houseboat & Dock Deck Hands – Assist with docking, fueling, and general upkeep of houseboats while providing excellent customer service.
– Gas Dock Cashier Clerks & Attendants – Operate the fuel dock, process transactions, and assist guests with fueling needs.
– Small Boat Rentals & Toy Box Orientation Crew – Provide guests with rental equipment, conduct safety briefings, and ensure proper equipment usage.
– Houseboat Cleaning Crew – Maintain high cleanliness standards by preparing houseboats for incoming guests.
– General Store & Gift Shop Clerks – Assist customers with purchases, stock inventory, and maintain store organization.
– Rental Reservationists (Customer Service & Phone Sales) – Handle guest reservations, answer inquiries, and assist with booking accommodations.
– Resort Grounds and Campground/RV Park Maintenance Team – Perform facility upkeep, landscaping, and general maintenance duties around the property.

What We’re Looking For:
• Friendly, customer-service-oriented individuals who love the outdoors.
• Strong work ethic and reliability in a fast-paced, seasonal environment.
• Physical stamina for outdoor work and ability to work well independently or as part of a team.
• Previous Workamping or hospitality experience is a plus but not required!
Job Details:
• Job Type: Full-Time, Seasonal
• Schedule: 5 days per week, including weekends (April–September), 8-hour shifts, with flexibility to meet operational needs
• Work Location: On-site at 20061 Shasta Caverns Road, Lakehead, CA (off the I-5 freeway – Exit #695, just 20 miles north of Redding, CA)
• Pay: $16.00–$18.00 per hour
