Work Camping Position: Front Desk & Activities Coordinator
Location: Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort – Wimberley, TX
Hours: 30-40 hours per week
Compensation: Paid position + Full Hook-Up (FHU) RV site + Electric reimbursement

Position Overview:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and guest-focused Front Desk & Activities Coordinator to join our team. This work camping position offers a blend of front desk duties and activities coordination, making it ideal for someone who enjoys both customer service and event planning. The ideal candidate will have experience in guest activities, a sales-driven mindset, and a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk (50%)
-Greet guests with a warm and professional demeanor
-Handle check-ins, check-outs, and reservations using our booking system
-Provide guests with information about the resort, local attractions, and events
-Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and assist with guest inquiries
-Upsell resort services, extended stays, and retail items
-Handle basic administrative tasks and assist with light maintenance as needed
Activities Coordination (50%)
-Plan, organize, and execute guest activities, including social events, games, and themed weekends
-Engage with guests to promote participation and foster a sense of community
-Coordinate event logistics, including setup, supplies, and scheduling
-Develop creative ideas for new activities to enhance the guest experience
-Assist in promoting activities through social media and onsite communication
Qualifications & Skills
-Prior experience in guest activities, hospitality, or sales preferred
-Strong interpersonal and communication skills
-High-energy personality with a passion for engaging guests
-Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
-Basic computer proficiency and experience with reservation systems (or willingness to learn)
-Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
