Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort is a luxury RV resort in Wimberley, TX — the heart of Texas Hill Country, between Austin and San Antonio. Our 31-acre property (a former racehorse training ranch shaded by 350 ancient oaks) features 124 full-hookup sites, a sunset-view pool, pickleball courts, fiber Wi-Fi, and a packed events calendar. The role: Keep our resort the brightest and cleanest in the region. You’ll clean and stock our restrooms, showers, laundry rooms, and recreation spaces, and turn our rental cabins between guests (including laundering linens). You’ll handle simple fixes like changing lightbulbs and report bigger issues to the maintenance team.

You’re a great fit if you: love delivering friendly guest service, can lift up to 60 lbs and stay on your feet, are comfortable with cleaning chemicals and equipment, and take pride in working independently on a deadline — our cabin turns run on the arrival schedule.

The deal: Work 3 days per week (24 hours) in exchange for a FREE full-hookup RV site (water/sewer/30-50 amp, fiber Wi-Fi at your pedestal, valet trash) plus a $125/month electric reimbursement. Year-round position with a 6-month minimum commitment. Solos and couples welcome. Pets welcome. Full access to all resort amenities — pool, pickleball, laundry, clubhouse, and community events.
