Job Description
Horseshoe Ridge RV Resort is a luxury RV resort in Wimberley, TX — the heart of Texas Hill Country, between Austin and San Antonio. Our 31-acre property (a former racehorse training ranch shaded by 350 ancient oaks) features 124 full-hookup sites, a sunset-view pool, pickleball courts, fiber Wi-Fi, and a packed events calendar. We’re owner-operated and proud of our reputation for the friendliest, cleanest resort in the region.
The role: Keep our facilities and grounds in top shape. Indoors and out: light plumbing, electrical, and painting; pool care; mowing, trimming, and landscaping; keeping RV sites, roads, walkways, and common areas tidy and in working order. You’ll work directly with the General Manager and the rest of the team.
You’re a great fit if you: are handy across several trades (plumbing, electrical, landscaping, painting, pool care), are comfortable with small tools, power equipment, and groundskeeping gear, can lift up to 100 lbs, and like solving problems independently — all while being friendly with guests along the way.
The deal: Work 3 days per week (24 hours) in exchange for a FREE full-hookup RV site (water/sewer/30-50 amp, fiber Wi-Fi at your pedestal, valet trash) plus a $125/month electric reimbursement. Year-round position with a 6-month minimum commitment. Solos and couples welcome. Pets welcome. Full access to all resort amenities — pool, pickleball, laundry, clubhouse, and community events.
