Position Type: Seasonal
Season Dates: April 6, 2026 – October 31, 2026
Schedule: 20-30 hours per week, 5 days per week (including weekends, evenings, and holidays)
Compensation: RV site discounted with full hookups, free wifi + Idaho state hourly minimum wage
About the Position
Idaho Sky RV Resort is seeking a friendly and reliable RV Resort Host (individual or couple) to help create an exceptional experience for our guests. This role involves managing the daily upkeep of RV sites, maintaining resort amenities, assisting with reservations, and providing outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with guests, be self-motivated, and take pride in keeping the resort clean, safe, and welcoming.

- Couple-Up to 30 hours person per week
- Individual 30-40 hours per week
- Four (4) tickets to Yellowstone Bear World (Rigby, ID)
- Two weekdays off per week (Monday-Thursday) from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Weekend Availability required
- On call with the park phone 5 nights per week and for late arrival or emergences.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Greet visitors, answer questions, and provide excellent customer service
- Assist with guest reservations and inquiries, both in-person and over the phone
- Use a computer or laptop to manage reservations and sales of general store merchandise
- Be available to guests daily, including evenings and mornings on Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays
- Perform janitorial duties, including inspecting and cleaning restrooms and laundry rooms daily
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of RV sites and common areas
- Make regular rounds to assist guests and address any concerns
- Conduct evening drive-by inspections to verify payments and assist guests arriving without reservations
- Promptly report any urgent maintenance or safety concerns to resort staff
- Refrain from public use of tobacco, alcohol, and e-cigarettes while on duty
- Always maintain a professional and courteous demeanor
- Perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications & Requirements
- Must live on-site in a personal motorhome, 5th wheel, or RV trailer
- Strong customer service skills with a friendly and approachable attitude
- Ability to work outdoors in varied weather conditions
- Basic computer proficiency (email, reservations system preferred)
- Prior RV experience is helpful but not required
- Experience with janitorial and groundskeeping is a plus
- Must maintain a tidy host site and professional appearance
- Commitment to staying for the full season
