Hiring: Fly Shop Attendant – 3 Mile Fly Shop (Cottonwood Camp)

Cottonwood Camp is looking for a Part-Time Fly Shop Attendant to join our team at the onsite 3 Mile Fly Shop. If you love fishing culture, enjoy helping guests, and don’t mind keeping a shop running smoothly, this gig is for you.
About Us
Cottonwood Camp is a rustic, 17-acre property on the banks of the Bighorn River—world famous for its trout fishing. Our 3 Mile Fly Shop is the go-to for guests and locals looking for gear, supplies, and local fishing insights.
What You’ll Do
🎣 Assist customers with fly fishing gear, tackle, and supplies
💵 Handle retail sales, cash register, and inventory restocking
📦 Keep the shop tidy, stocked, and guest-friendly
🤝 Share local knowledge and fishing tips (training provided if you’re new!)
🛠️ Support camp staff with guest questions when needed
What You Bring
✔ Friendly, approachable personality
✔ Retail or customer service experience (bonus if you know fishing!)
✔ Reliable and organized, able to work independently
✔ Willingness to learn fly fishing basics if not already an angler
