Dreaming of a role where your front yard is the Pacific Ocean and your workday is all about creating amazing guest experiences? Pacific Dunes Resort is looking for a full-time Innkeeper to lead day-to-day operations at one of Washington’s quirkiest and coziest beach resorts.

At JET Hospitality, we bring the spirit of adventure and the comforts of hospitality together in unforgettable places. As the Innkeeper at Pacific Dunes, you’ll take the reins in a dynamic role that blends hands-on operations with heartfelt hospitality.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Every day is different, but your core responsibilities will include:

✅ Guest Services – Be the go-to host for check-ins, check-outs, and coastal recommendations

✅ Housekeeping – Oversee the cleanliness and reset of glamping tents, tiny homes, and bungalows

✅ Maintenance – Handle minor fixes or coordinate help when needed

✅ Reservations – Manage guest bookings and ensure smooth communication

✅ Groundskeeping – Keep our beer garden, firepit, and common areas clean and inviting

✅ Leadership – Take ownership of the property’s rhythm and guest satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Prior hospitality experience is great—but attitude and reliability matter most

✔ You’ll take initiative and prioritize organization and getting tasks accomplished

✔ You’re not afraid of physical tasks or unpredictable weather

✔ You thrive in calm, remote settings (and know how to keep guests smiling in them)
