Work Camping Couple

Work and Play in Paradise!  Positions now available for a couple in our highly rated RV Resort located in the gorgeous Florida Keys! Looking for an energetic couple with a strong work ethic, self-motivated and ability to multi-task to join out crew. Paid for all hours worked and benefits include days off together, free FHU site with Wi-Fi, cable TV, Laundry and Golf Cart. Looking for a one year commitment starting ASAP going thru to end of February 2027

Person #1: Office Staff, 40 hours per week

This role is seeking an individual with previous RV office experience who is proficient in Excel and Microsoft Word with great attention to detail.

Responsibilities include:

·       Maintaining a professional atmosphere and team player mentality.

·       Handling the front desk, taking reservations and guest check-ins (Knowledge of Rez Expert reservation system is a plus)

·       Working directly with guest needs and settling any issues that may arise

·       Ability to effectively communicate with management and Staff

·       Maintain retail store inventory and stock levels

·       Carrying the after-hours emergency phone on assigned days to handle any after hour guest issues

·       Assisting with cleaning the bathhouse, efficiency apartments and laundry area

·       Resolving guest issues or concerns in a professional and friendly manner

·       Assisting with guest activities

Person #2: Resort Grounds Keeper, 40 Hours per week

This role is seeking and individual with previous RV and or grounds keeping experience

Responsibilities include:

·       Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ground and tree maintenance equipment (tools provided)

·       Pool maintenance experience is a plus

·       General resort maintenance and trash pick up

·       Directing guest to sites when needed and assisting with guest activities

·       Carrying the After-hours emergency phone on assigned days for any after-hours guest issues. Closing the pool on the same days as assigned the after-hours phone
