Work Camper / Camp Host
25 Hours/Week | Full Hook-Up Site + $600/Month | Extra Paid Hours Available
Seasonal Worker (May 1 – Nov 1) Off Season Site Availability – 15 hrs/week for site (Nov 1 – May 1)
Lazy Day Campground in Montgomery City, Missouri is hiring a dependable RV Workamper / Camp Host for a 25-hour per week position.
Compensation includes:
• Full Hook-Up RV Site (30/50 amp, water, sewer)
• $600 per month
• Opportunity for additional paid hours during busy periods
• Access to campground amenities
Couples welcome (hours may be split).
We are a family-owned campground located just off I-70, serving weekend travelers, families, seasonal campers, and working guests. We’re looking for someone reliable, friendly, and self-motivated to help support daily campground operations.
Position Duties
Guest Services:
• Assist with camper check-ins and general guest questions
• Communicate campground policies in a professional manner
• Maintain a welcoming presence on property
Cleaning & Facilities:
• Occasionally clean restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities
• Maintain cleanliness of common areas
• Restock supplies as needed
Grounds & Maintenance Support:
• Light trash pickup and site checks
• Assist with minor maintenance tasks
• Support pool and recreation area upkeep (training provided if needed)
• Report maintenance or safety concerns to management
Schedule includes weekends and some holidays during peak season. This is flexible according to the individual needs and the needs of the park.
Requirements
• Must provide and live in your own RV
• Valid driver’s license
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather
• Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Previous campground, hospitality, cleaning, or maintenance experience preferred but not required.
