JOB DESCRIPTION:

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Lower Granite Lock and Dam Project, is seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with park janitorial and grounds maintenance along the Lewiston Levee Parkway and Greenbelt Trail in Clarkston, Washington. This unique opportunity offers a full-hookup RV site – complete with water, sewer, electric (50amp max), and propane – in exchange for 20+ hours of work per week per person. Volunteers are responsible for providing their own RV or trailer. Duties will include routine park maintenance such as locking/unlocking gates and restrooms, light restroom cleaning, trash removal, and general groundskeeping. Access to USACE utility vehicles for groundskeeping tasks may be available. A commitment of at least six months is required, and a one-way travel reimbursement may be available upon successful fulfillment of the volunteer agreement. While Wi-Fi is not provided at the RV sites, reliable cell service is available, and amenities include provided uniforms, safety gear, limited shared storage space, and access to laundry facilities.
