Lucky Lodge RV Park is seeking a manager of our small RV park on the north bank of the Rogue River. This is a part time year-round position. We are looking for a commitment of a year or more. Your RV must be no older than 15 years. Exceptions may apply.
Location:
* Small RV Park on the north bank of the Rogue River located 8 miles upriver from the Pacific Ocean in Gold Beach Oregon
* Private river access
* Local Activities: Fishing, Boating, Hiking, Hunting, Rafting, Kayaking, Canoeing, Bicycling, Crabbing, Golf, Whale, Wildlife and Bird Watching, Windsurfing, Agate hunting
Site Includes:
* Level Gravel Site
* Electricity, Water, Sewer, Garbage, Propane, WIFI, DirecTV
* All Cleaning supplies, tools and equipment to carry out duties
Primary duties will include:
* Manage reservations and billing
* Upkeep Laundry room and rec room
* Custodial duties
* This is a basic list of duties and responsibilities and may vary depending on circumstances
Compensation:
* Compensation will include a free FHU site (as outlined above)
* Salary will be based on duties performed
