Job Description
We have a beautiful, family owned, FAST paced campground, Lake Cottages, Two Motels and an 18-hole golf course! We are hiring for multiple positions including housekeeping, park store, camp office, outside grounds and golf course maintenance!
The campground sits on 200 acres of woods and a mile of shoreline, viewing the Straits of Mackinac and the Mackinac Bridge. Voted one of Michigan’s top family friendly destinations by the Detroit News. This campground is a favorite vacation spot for thousands of summer visitors to the area for 61 years!
We are looking for couples/employees who possess a strong work ethic. Maintaining 600 campsites and 100 cabins and motel rooms which can include physically demanding tasks such as: walking, lifting, bending, and cleaning. Positions are typically May thru October.
Housekeepers: complete general house cleaning tasks to prepare cabins and motel rooms for our guests!
Employees work 40 hours each- with wages starting at $13.50 and receive a small 30 amp Full Hookup Site that is 50ft long and 20ft wide at no charge, PTO, PLUS an end of the year bonus! Work campers receive free basic WiFi, free golf membership, and employee discounts on propane and in our Park Store!
