Job Description
Housekeepers clean the office, members lounge, bathhouses, and public access areas and models as directed, including mopping, dusting, vacuuming and removing trash.
Housekeepers also clean rental cabins to prepare for new guests.
Keep rentals and common area clean and maintain them to our standards.
Keep track of cleaning supply inventory and request refills as needed.
Report any maintenance concerns for repairs in common areas and rental cabins
Assist with cleaning up resort-sponsored guest activities and functions.
Work closely with management to maintain open communications and make sure that the resort housekeeping team is integrated and coordinated.
Provide outstanding customer service.
On property we have 17 rental cabins and 3 bathhouses, our housekeeping team makes sure each cabin is cleaned/sanitized after departures. There’s no bed making involved, since we charge for linens, most folks bring along their own linens. We do have a charge for using linens on property, but we will just leave them neatly within the cabins if requested. Our bathhouses are checked/cleaned 3 times a day to be restocked and tidied up. This role requires self-motivation and proper time management. Housekeeping roles may average between 20-30 hours a week.
Our season runs from May 1st until October 31st. For the 6 months we have a rate for $200 a month for the RV Space. Our full hook up includes: Water, Sewer, Cable, and Electric (With a $350 flat fee for the 6 months) Pets are certainly welcome, we have a fantastic dog park on our property and even dog friendly beaches in the area!
We also provide an hourly wage.
