Activities Assistant

·         Create and maintain a safe and fun family environment during planned activities.

·         Be flexible and prepared to problem solve issues that may arise.

·         Be a respectful and positive ambassador to the property.

·         Maintain an organized Activities Closet, report inventory needs to management.

·         Direct and guide guests of all ages during crafts, sports activities, and other events.

·         Provide outstanding entertaining and professional guest service at each event.

·         Be efficient in set up and break down of each event, keeping spaces clean and in good condition and alerting maintenance if repairs are required.

·         Perform other duties as directed by management.

Activities Assistant will run our recreation programing blocks. From movie nights, candy bar bingo, running Mario Kart tournaments, to craft afternoons, activities is one of the beating heart places of the campground. We have themed weeks throughout our busy season (July-September) such as; Summer Carnival, Luau, Christmas in July, and Western Week- with a large final activities weekend Indigenous People’s Day with our “Hallo-weekend” send off, complete with trick or treating and Halloween Dance Party. We have a lot of small friends who enjoy the activities we offer so being comfortable with working alongside and directing people of all ages in activities is important.

This role is about 20-25 hours each week, focused around weekends and weekday evenings. Cross training in other roles is available if more hours are desired.

Our season runs from May 1st until October 31st. For the 6 months we have a rate for $200 a month for the RV Space.  Our full hook up includes: Water, Sewer, Cable, and Electric (With a $350 flat fee for the 6 months) Dogs or other pets are certainly welcome, we have a fantastic dog park on our property and even dog friendly beaches in the area!

We also proved an hourly wage.
