Job Description
We are looking for a person or couple to be the Park Host(s) in our RV/mobile home park. Some experience in property management would be good as the main focus is to keep the park looking nice, the bulk of which is enforcing compliance with the rental agreement. There may also be small maintenance jobs to be done as they may arise, as well as reading the meters once a month.
Your RV needs to be 10 years old or newer, clean, and in good condition. Space rent and utilities will be covered, and pay starts at $1000/month.
Knowing both English and Spanish would be great!
