Job Description
Where can you be a camp host? Camp hosts temporarily reside at one of 8 camp host locations across the Tillamook, Clatsop, and Santiam State Forests.
Campground Options: Motorized, Non-motorized, or Equestrian
What you’ll do: Camp hosts serve as champions, stewards, and the eyes and ears of the campground, the surrounding recreation areas, and scenic natural areas. As representatives of ODF, they provide support for campground guests, visitors, recreation users, and staff. Hosts typically serve from May until October, or at least a month, with flexibility depending on schedules and demand.
Time Commitment: Around 20-30 hours per week, from May to October, or you have the option to split the season from May to mid-July or mid-July to October.
