Overview
Pierced Oak RV Park is looking for a dynamic duo to serve as On-Site Managers at our quiet, scenic park in the heart of Canyon Lake.
This role is ideal for couples or pairs who enjoy working together and take pride in creating a welcoming, well-run experience for long-term guests and weekend travelers alike.
About Pierced Oak RV Park:
Brand new RV Park in Canyon Lake, TX
66 full hookup RV sites (30/50 amp), including bacon-in, pull-through and shaded slips
Free Wi-Fi and high-speed fiber internet are available
Restrooms, showers, and laundry facilities
1-acre fenced dog park
Camp store with ice, firewood, propane & essentials
Valet trash and propane filling station (coming soon)
Community room for events and gatherings
Picnic tables and fire pits throughout.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs, and customer support.
Maintain grounds and facilities, including mowing, trimming, and cleaning.
Oversee the park store: stocking, cleaning, tracking sales, and assisting customers with items like propane and ice.
Conduct regular inspections and coordinate repairs or maintenance as needed.
Ensure safety by supervising propane tank operations and conducting water well testing.
Enforce park rules and foster a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Lead and organize monthly campground events to foster community engagement.
Oversee Camp Workers.
Qualifications:
Previous manager experience in RV park operations is required.
Must live-in RV
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable with hands-on tasks and customer interaction.
Ability to manage small teams and collaborate with contractors or vendors.
Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
They demonstrate a strong commitment to their work and approach the care of the park with the same respect and dedication as they would for their own property.
Benefits:
$45k yearly compensation.
On-site RV slip with paid utilities (septic, water, trash and Wi-Fi) provided. The manager will be responsible for his/her own electricity.
Potential opportunity to move into the on-site 1×1 apartment after 3-months.
