Winter Residency: Escape to the Redwoods!
If you prefer a slower pace of life, a beautiful forest setting, and peace and quiet, then this opportunity is for you! Get away from city life and crowds this winter. Stay for free, earn money, and join us in a stunning setting on the Eel River.
Spend your winter in the Redwoods at our small resort in Northern California. We’re seeking couples or singles to join us from mid-October to May 1st (with the possibility of staying through summer).
Our location is close to many tourist attractions, just over an hour to the beach in either direction, 3 hours from San Francisco, and 2 hours from Napa. Enjoy easy shifts: 4 days on, 3 days off together.
We provide:
Full Hook-Up (FHU) RV site
Unlimited Wi-Fi
Satellite TV (on request)
Laundry access
Bar and food allowance (yes, free alcohol & food!)
DVD library
Store and resort discounts
In exchange for the first 20 hours of work per week (10 hours per person for couples, or 20 hours for singles), these benefits are included. Any hours worked beyond this trade are paid at $16.50 per hour.
Current positions available (depending on experience): Housekeeping, maintenance, janitorial, store/reservations, bar & kitchen.
Please note: We are closed for Christmas, allowing you to visit family or stay on property.
We are looking for fun, friendly couples and singles who enjoy social interaction and do NOT like drama. This is genuinely important to us.
