Are you a dynamic duo looking to travel and work together while living in stunning locations? We are looking for a motivated Workamper Couple to handle ground maintenance and housekeeping for our collection of charming short-term rentals. If you’re hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to enjoy the great outdoors and cozy interiors, this is the perfect gig for you!

Your Responsibilities:
🔧 Ground Maintenance:

Keep the property looking pristine: mowing, trimming, weeding, and seasonal upkeep.
Ensure landscaping is neat, clean, and inviting.
Maintain paths, walkways, and outdoor spaces to provide a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
🧹 Housekeeping:

Turnover the short term rental tiny homes between guests.  We currently have 3 tiny homes in program.
Clean, sanitize, and organize rooms, ensuring they are spotless and comfortable.
Laundry services, including changing linens and restocking essentials.
Keep track of supplies and request replenishments as needed.

Requirements:
Couples must work well together, with good communication skills.
Experience with basic ground maintenance (mowing, weeding, general landscaping) and housekeeping.
Must have a strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and take initiative.
A passion for hospitality and providing guests with an exceptional stay.
