John H. Kerr Dam and Reservoir is seeking a volunteer(s) to work in the Rudds Creek Day Use Area Gatehouse. Volunteer(s) will assist with visitors using park boat ramps and day use areas.
Detailed Description:
John H. Kerr Dam and Reservoir – US Army Corps of Engineers is seeking volunteers to work in a gatehouse at Rudds Creek Day Use Area during the summer of 2026. Volunteer(s) will work 24 hours a week. The duration of this position lasts from March 27, 2026, to November 1, 2026 and includes a full hookup site (electric, water, sewer) on Kerr Lake. Individuals/partners welcome to apply.
