Job Description:
As a Camp Host at Seagull Bay Yacht Club, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our guests have a memorable and enjoyable stay. Your responsibilities will include:
• Welcoming guests upon arrival and assisting with check-in procedures.
• Providing information about campground amenities, local attractions, and recreational activities.
• Ensuring campsites are well-maintained and clean for incoming guests.
• Collecting campground fees and maintaining accurate records.
• Enforcing campground rules and regulations to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all guests.
• Assisting with minor maintenance tasks and addressing any guest concerns or issues promptly.
• Promoting a positive and friendly atmosphere among guests and staff.
Qualifications:
• Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of campground operations and outdoor recreation.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays as needed.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous experience in hospitality or campground management is preferred but not required.
