Pool Maintenance Technician (Full-Time)

We are looking for a dedicated Pool Maintenance Technician to take full responsibility for the care, cleanliness, and operation of our swimming pools and water features at Suwannee River Rendezvous Resort.

This is not a general maintenance role — this position is focused strictly on pool operations.

What You’ll Do:

Perform daily pool cleaning (skimming, vacuuming, brushing)
Monitor and balance water chemistry (chlorine, pH, alkalinity, etc.)
Inspect and maintain pumps, filters, and circulation systems
Ensure pools meet all health and safety standards
Identify and report issues before they become problems
Maintain a clean, safe, and guest-ready pool environment at all times

Requirements:

Certified Pool Operator (CPO) or equivalent certification required
Proven experience maintaining commercial or high-use pools
Strong understanding of pool systems and water chemistry
Reliable, self-managed, and detail-oriented
Able to work outdoors in Florida conditions
