Camp Host – Lighthouse Resort & Marina
Lake Texoma’s Family Fun Spot
Do you love lake life, meeting people, and being part of a fun, fast-paced environment? Lighthouse Resort & Marina is looking for an energetic, outgoing Camp Host to join our team for an exciting season on Lake Texoma!
Located on beautiful Lake Texoma, Lighthouse Resort & Marina is known as the family fun spot on the lake. We offer cabin rentals, RV sites, boat rentals, cruises, live events, and unforgettable experiences year-round. We host some of the best events on the lake and are looking for someone who wants to help create a welcoming, safe, and fun atmosphere for our guests.
We’re looking for a lake-loving couple or individual who enjoys staying active, helping others, and being part of a team that keeps the property running smoothly while making memories for guests.
What You’ll Do
As a Camp Host, you’ll wear a lot of hats and help support multiple areas of the resort. Duties may include:
Assisting operations and facilities teams with projects around the property
Helping with event setup, execution, and breakdown
Conducting safety checks of boathouses and common areas
Collecting day-use fees
Assisting guests with check-ins and helping them locate cabins, RV sites, and amenities
Monitoring the property and helping maintain a clean, welcoming environment
Emptying trash and assisting with general upkeep
Providing excellent guest service and creating a fun, friendly atmosphere
Being the face, energy, and spirit of Lighthouse Resort & Marina
What We’re Looking For
Friendly, outgoing personality
Strong work ethic and willingness to help wherever needed
Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and events
Positive attitude and team-first mindset
Someone who enjoys lake life and working with people
Handy skills or maintenance experience are a plus, but not required
RV Site Information
Please note: RV accommodations at Lighthouse Resort & Marina can accommodate trailers up to 30 feet in length.
For applicants with larger RVs, we may also have opportunities available at our sister property, Sundance Camp.
