Exciting opportunity to join our team at The Park At Swan Valley in Scenic Swan Valley, ID!
Location: Within close driving distance of The Tetons, Yellowstone, and Jackson Hole!
Duration: We’d love to have people stay for the entire season, but we understand the nomadic life so if that is too long we have options for May 1st – July 31st / August 1st – October 31st. Let us know your availability! We’d like to start onboarding ASAP before the season starts!

Are you ready for a summer filled with unforgettable memories? We’re on the hunt for work campers to join our team at The Park At Swan Valley! At our campground, you’ll enjoy a fantastic trade-off schedule—3.5 days on, 3.5 days off—allowing you to explore the stunning surroundings while providing exceptional hospitality.
What’s in it for You?:
COMPENSATION SUMMARY
Free Stay – In exchange for a free Full-hookup spot, valued at $1500/mo, you will fulfill the agreed on responsibilities and duties of camp hosting.
Payment Opportunities – In addition to the free stay, there is also opportunity to be paid by cleaning the tiny home and family cabin between guests’ reservations.
Free Perks – As a camp host, you also are able to rent out items like paddle-boards and kayaks on your days off with no charge.
OVERVIEW OF DUTIES:
DAILY – (only the days that you’re “ON” which is 3 1/2 days a week)
– Answering phone calls for reservations/guest questions/cancellations and refunds (on your cell phone through our google voice number)
– Helping guests place bookings (mainly just guests who are not tech savvy and don’t want to use the website)
– Greeting guests upon arrival (unless it’s after hours…then we have an after-hours guide sent to them)
– Sending maps/park info to guests
– Cleaning the clubhouse/bathroom 1x a day
WEEKLY –
– Helping us write guest reviews (for our Airbnb rentals – the tiny home and family cabin)
AS NEEDED –
– Basic campground upkeep with mowing, restocking the bathroom and kitchen in the clubhouse, restocking firewood/tying bundles, etc.
– Working with the team to let us know when we need to order supplies in advance
– Providing guests with an amazing and memorable experience 🙂
(Each week you will have 3.5 days on, and 3.5 days off as the other couple takes over responsibilities. On the 1/2 day, you’ll update the other couple on anything they need to know to carry on.)
