Do you love to engage with guests and help foster a welcoming, fun atmosphere? We are seeking a professional, outgoing and energetic couple to shadow our current Activities Directors/couple in the 2025-26 season, with the intention to succeed them in 2026-27. The Sands RV & Golf Resort is an active 55+ community, located on a beautiful 500-space property near Palm Springs, California. We offer a robust activities program from October through April. Responsibilities: Plan, promote and lead daily/weekly activities schedule; manage our on-line calendar of resort and resident-led events; organize parties/dances and special theme events; manage/lead a team of Activities workampers; operate audio-visual equipment as needed. Combined skill sets should include excellent organizational and communication skills; a good working knowledge of computers, social media, graphic design and audio-visual equipment operation… and creativity! Prior experience in hospitality and event planning preferred. Employment commitment is October through April. Compensation is negotiable and may include full hookups and/or paid wages, as well as access to all resort amenities, including our 9-hole golf course.
