Job Description
We’re looking for energetic, detail oriented people to join our team! We’re a small team and each Retreat Staff member helps with all aspects of keeping the retreat running – cleaning, helping guests, and fixing things.
Job dates: Sept 1st 2025-Jan 2026
24-40 hours per week per person (hiring up to two people, couples welcome)

Responsibilities for Retreat Staff:
● Responsible for cleaning tents after guest departure
● Assist with guest arrival and departures and after hours on call.
● Assist with setup and breakdown of special events.
● Complete maintenance work orders
Compensation is $15 per hour plus complimentary RV space and laundry facilities. Wifi is available on site in our Lodge at no cost (appx 1 mile from RV space). Bonus for successful completion of the season.
Schedule expectations are 24-40 hours per week.
