Job Description

🏢 NOW HIRING: OFFICE / FRONT DESK STAFF
Seasonal | Full-Time & Part-Time
May 1 – October 15

We are a campground and outfitting business offering outdoor recreation and hospitality experiences, and we’re hiring Office / Front Desk team members to be a welcoming first point of contact for our guests.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, staying organized, and contributing to a team in an outdoor-focused environment while also having opportunities to assist with social media and marketing.

🌲 What You’ll Do

  • Greet and assist campers and outfitting guests
    Handle check-ins, reservations, payments, and general questions
    Answer phones and provide clear, helpful information about campground amenities and outfitting services
  • Enforce campground rules and safety policies respectfully
  • Coordinate with other departments (maintenance, cleaning, events, shuttle, outfitting)
  • Help resolve guest issues and keep daily operations running smoothly
  • Be cross-trained in at least one additional position (such as events, cleaning, bar/ice cream, or shuttle support)
  • Assist with social media and marketing tasks such as:
    • Taking photos or short videos of daily activities
    • Helping promote events, specials, or experiences
    • Sharing guest-friendly content under guidance (training provided)

  • Friendly, professional, and clear communicator
  • Comfortable handling multiple tasks throughout the day
  • Reliable and punctual, especially during peak season
  • Willing to work weekends, holidays, and occasional longer days
  • Open to learning multiple roles and helping where needed
  • Comfortable with computers and basic office systems (training provided)
  • Interest in social media, photography, or marketing is a plus (not required)

💪 What to Expect

  • Some days are steady and routine, while others are busier—especially during summer weekends and holidays.
  • As a campground and outfitter, guest needs vary, and flexibility and teamwork are important.
  • We’ll train you and support you so you can succeed. No work camping experience required.

🕒 Schedule & Commitment
Season: May 1 – October 15

  • Full-time & part-time positions available
  • Start and end times can be flexible depending on the situation
  • Weekend and peak-season availability required
