Job Description
Join our team as a worker camper couple at our family owned and operated campground in gorgeous Bayfield, WI…..the gateway to the Apostle Islands! Get paid to camp and enjoy our picturesque small coastal town, offering beautiful beaches, sea caves, island tours, kayaking, hiking, trails, orchards, waterfalls and so much more! All while helping maintain and enhance the campground experience for our guests.
Duties:
– Assist with campground maintenance, including landscaping, mowing, and general upkeep
– Help with the registration process, including checking in guests and providing information about the campground and local area
– Assist in camp store with answering phones, retail transactions, serving ice cream and assisting guests with mini golf as needed
– Perform housekeeping duties in common areas and rental units as needed
– Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience for all guests
Qualifications:
– Must be a couple who enjoys working together as a team
– Strong communication and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work independently and take initiative
– Basic knowledge of campground operations and maintenance preferred
– Experience in customer service or hospitality industry is a plus
– Ability to adapt to changing priorities and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Benefits:
– $15.00 hr (15-30 hrs per week per person)
