Job Description
The beautiful Northernmost KOA campground with 150 RV and tent sites between Fairbanks and North Pole Alaska is hiring teams/couples for our 2025 summer season. We currently have one last office and one outside guest services/maintenance position open. See below for more details for these positions. Are you personable, reliable, & self motivated? Many guests have driven thousands of miles through some rough stretches of road and are looking forward to a great adventure. In return you will be able to experience the midnight sun, summer solstice, travel to the arctic circle, visit Denali with North America’s highest peak, meet Santa Claus, possibly see the northern lights, and so much more.
It is preferred that you bring a minimum of 2 years workamping experience with at least one season at a KOA.
Season: May 15th – September 15th. Earliest arrival May 5th. 1st day of work May 12th. Details will be discussed during interview. Apply with pictures of yourselves and your RV-setup.
Compensation/Benefits
Your compensation package will include: a free full hook up site in a designated workamper site area (water, sewer, & electric) basic wifi, laundry privileges, 20% store discount, all hours paid at $17.50 per hour. Working a minimum of 4 / maximum 5 days per week with 2 or 3 consecutive days off to explore the area. Longer off periods for larger trips usually can be arrange with swapping shifts with fellow workampers.

Job Description
(1) GUEST REGISTRATION/OFFICE includes:
Registration of incoming guest, reservations on K2, printing reports, communicate with guest services for guest needs & escorts, watering flowers, keeping office tidy, opening/closing of the registration office, cash handling, store stocking/sales, help guests plan their stay by sharing recommendations on things to do and places to see.
(2) RESTROOM & LAUNDRY CLEANING includes:
Cleaning, restocking, and maintaining the guest restrooms/showers. Watering flowers around the restrooms. Cleaning and maintaining the laundry room. Cleaning pavilion after use. Restocking supplies as needed. Communicate any maintenance needs or issues with management as they arise. You will have a lot of guest interaction during your duties and should always have a pleasant smile and attitude.
(3) GUEST SERVICES / MAINTENANCE includes:
Morning checks around the property, bathroom/laundry room/machine checks, cleaning sites, dog park & dog bag station checks, help new guest arriving to their sites, help with issues as they arise in the park, answer questions guest might have as you are in the park, landscaping upkeep (mowing/weed eating/ weed spraying), perform small repairs independently, communicate with office/management staff on guest and park needs, assist on larger repairs/improvement projects as needed. You will be very visible to the guest during your duties and should always be willing to greet them with a pleasant smile and attitude.
