As Camphost, you’ll be at the heart of the camping experience, ensuring our guests have a memorable stay surrounded by the scenic wonders of Walterboro.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee reservations: Handle the excitement of booking inquiries, assist guests with their reservation needs, and ensure smooth check-in and check-out processes.
- Warmly welcome campers: Greet our visitors with a friendly smile, offer guidance on the best camping spots, and be their go-to person for any questions during their stay.
- Manage incoming calls: Be the friendly voice on the other end of the line, assisting callers with their inquiries and providing helpful information about our RV park.
- Experience with Campspot (Bonus): If you’re already familiar with Campspot reservation system, that’s fantastic, but don’t worry if you haven’t used it before – we’re happy to provide training!
- Skidsteer or Equipment Experience (Bonus): If you’re skilled in operating a skidsteer or similar equipment, that’s an added bonus! However, it’s not a requirement, and we value all campers who love the great outdoors.
