We are in need of a full time office/customer service, as well as someone to do part time maintenance and landscaping and/or housekeeping.
***FHU site included as well as all hours paid. RV’s, vans, and skoolies are welcome! The position starts in September, preferring a 6-8 month commitment, but we’re open to longer if it’s the right fit. The RV site is private and located on part of the property that is closed to guests. There is also a large raised garden bed next to the site that would be free to use if you enjoy gardening!
Ideal candidates would be people who share our love for nature and don’t mind spending most of their day outdoors. We are a small team and are looking for like-minded individuals that are hard working and able to jump in and help where needed.
The ideal candidate(s) for these hands-on roles will have hospitality and/or housekeeping experience and general repair and maintenance abilities. Office/Customer Service role will book reservations, answer guest inquiries via phone and e-mail, operate the property management system, coordinate contact-free guest check-in, provide customer support while guests are on-site, and assist with housekeeping/laundry as needed. We are a small team and we all perform various other duties typical to small hotel operations. The Maintenance person will perform general maintenance as needed, routine scheduled grounds work and preventative maintenance and participate in project work as needed.
Our team is fast but thorough, with a strong customer relations focus. The ideal candidate is a couple with complementary front office and maintenance abilities.
Located 30 miles west of downtown Austin, Texas in Spicewood, the property currently features 5 treehouses, 7 glamping tents, a large ranch house, an event center, 2 pools, and retail sales.
