MTM Farms is a Multi-Family and Multi-generational Family Farm in Morris, MN.
The majority of our Harvest Crew will be returning. However we are growing and will need to add additional seasonal help for the the 2024 SugarBeet harvest campaign in late September and the 1st 3 weeks of October, 2024. We occasionally have a field tractor operator position open. However, We are most interested in finding courteous and conscientious individuals to drive semi-truck from our fields to the Harvest facility approx. 25 miles away. We prefer experienced candidates. We have free camper hook ups at our farm site With Electric Water and Septic dump all available on site. Ideal candidates are trustworthy, hard working, self starters, with ability to adapt to changing conditions. Main Sugar Beet Harvest begins on October 1st until approx. October 20th. Our Harvest shift for the 2024 campaign will likely be 12 hours from 4 am – 4 pm. Due to its odd hours and fairly quick pace we pay a healthy hourly rate for the right candidates. It is very possible to make $4000-$5000+ in the approx. 3 weeks of Beet harvest. Feel free to email Mike with questions or interest in a position.
