Hybrid Position Groundskeeper / Light Maintenance Technician

Job Description
We are seeking a FT (or PT) Camp Worker for our Grand Island RV Park in Doniphan, Nebraska. This is a hybrid position of a skilled Groundskeeper and Light Maintenance Technician.
Location: Doniphan, Nebraska
Responsibilities:
Maintain park lawn, weed eating, picking up debris, leaf blowing
Site clean up: cleaning out fire pits, garbage removal
Deliver firewood, fill propane tanks
Assist activities/recreation department when required for event set up and break down. Some Basic regular maintenance such as painting, etc.
Should be able to lift 50 pounds
Other duties as needed
Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Proven experience as a Grounds Keeper or similar role
– Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing
– Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Types: FT or PT
Pay: $16.00 per hour, plus free site rent, electric, water, sewer, garbage removal, internet, etc.
