Responsibilities
You will be required to take the Maine state CPO (Certified Pool Operator) course if you do not already have one. The company will pay for this course if needed.

KOA Kampsight experience is preferable but not necessary. Will train.

Job Description
Including but not limited to:
Grounds maintenance team member.
Raking and cleaning sites on departure.
Planting and maintenance of flower beds and shrubs.
AM Cleaning of Pool and Testing of water quality.
Basic carpentry creating raised beds
Report all customer problems, requests, or complaints to management only
Run guest escorts to a designated site.
Run firewood to sites.
Perform all other duties assigned by management/supervisor.
Hardscaping patio blocks for patio sites.
Lawn mowing, weed eating, trash / recycle, etc.
